Let’s get this party started with Steve and the best musicians in town!
Featuring some of Darwin’s best: Vocalist and well-known Darwin personality Annie Gastin, legendary unionist and brilliant musician Brian Manning (trumpet), from Queens NYC (and ex Village People drummer) Allen Murphy and special guest from Sydney – the celebrated and award wining James Ryan on saxophone and flute.
Expect the unexpected and a few surprises as well!
Steve Sedergreen is one of Melbourne’s leading jazz pianists and renowned for collaborating with like-minded musicians who always bring a special joy and energy to every show. His career spans decades, multiple recordings (his outfit Mistaken Identity scored an APRA nomination), and countless performances at clubs and festivals around the country.
He is also well-known as an inspirational teacher and mentor, his most successful protégées – members of The Cat Empire.
